Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Crawl Space Encapsulation across Sodus because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Background-checked Sodus technicians · Real warranties
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Every Sodus technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Sodus crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Sodus technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Sodus homeowners.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Sodus basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Small cracks in a Sodus foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Sodus foundation wall right now.
A Sodus sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
This is one sign we tell Sodus customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Sodus crews handle most.
Storm season keeps our Sodus emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Sodus foundation cracks with epoxy injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Sodus pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.

Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Sodus property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Sodus customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
Every Sodus quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Sodus horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
Our crews stage locally near Sodus, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Sodus customers through this process many times.
Every Sodus job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
